Intromental Worldwide is thrilled to announce our newest signing and addition to the family - the Polish Pirate Metal gathering of sailors, known as KINGDOM WAVES. The band has been at it for a while in their homecountry with their bombastic Power Metal, but is now ready to sail the seas of the world, conquering new territory and treasure.

The Swedish progressive metal band ANDROMEDA have released the music video for the track "Preemptive Strike" online. "Preemptive Strike" is the opening track off the up-coming ANDROMEDA album "Manifest Tyranny", which will be released on November 25th in Europe through Inner Wound Recordings and in North America on November 21st through Nightmare Records.

"Preemptive Strike" was directed and produced by Patrik Ekeblom and Axel Persson for Holy Smoke Production.

REDEMPTION, the US progressive metal band featuring in its ranks guitarist/songwriter Nick van Dyk and legendary Fates Warning vocalist Ray Alder, has now released its 5th studio album, "This Mortal Coil", in Europe (North American release date is October 11th, 2011) via InsideOutMusic.



Nick van Dyk checked in with the following comment:
"Our fifth CD, "This Mortal Coil", is now formally released in Europe and will be shortly in the US. We've been buried in rehearsals for our upcoming European dates and we're very excited to be playing some material from the new CD that we think is going to go over really well live. Dating back to the production of the record, we've been on a crazy schedule to make sure that our fans can actually get the CD before our shows, so we're really excited that it's finally out!"

Commented vocalist/keyboardist Einar Solberg: "We are proud to announce that we're collaborating with the surrealistic American painter Jeff Jordan and the Spanish designer Ritxi Ostariz for the artwork on our upcoming album. Jeff Jordan (www.jeffjordanart.com) is probably best known from his work with The Mars Volta, and his paintings are highly rated all over the world. Ritxi Ostariz (www.ritxiostariz.xom) did the artwork for our previous album "Tall Poppy Syndrome" (released 2009 through Sensory Records) and of course we want him to be part of this new album - Ritxi too is a critically acclaimed designer, and in our opinion one of the very best in his field."

The band's new album "Bilateral", which was skillfully mixed and mastered by Jens Bogren at Fascination Street (Opeth, Pain Of Salvation, Devin Townsend, Symphony X, etc.), will be released on August 22nd, 2011 in Europe and August 23rd, 2011 in North America via InsideOutMusic. "Bilateral" is set to musically re-define what it means to be progressive rock and / or metal, both for the devotees of the genre and the metal fans looking on from a safe distance.

Once again we've turned our heads towards Australia to find another fantastic new band. Divine Ascension are sure to delight legions of progressive metal and female-fronted band fans alike with their debut, As the Truth Appears. Both lyrically and musically, their primordial good and evil theme works extremely well with Jennifer's powerfully resplendent and virtuous tone. Undoubtedly talented enough to take on the world stage, Australia's Divine Ascension's overall fusion and exhibition is nothing short of divine.

Canadian power metal act BOREALIS will release their new album "Fall From Grace" in Japan on April 13, 2011 through Hydrant Music / EMI Music. The album will make its world debut on May 20, 2011 through Lion Music.

The band is extremely psyched about signing with two labels, Hydrant and Lion Music for their respective territories, and are also looking forward to collaborating with them on promotion of the upcoming album.

Produced and mixed by Jordan Valeriote in Ontario, Canada and mastered by Tomas Johansson at the world famous Panic Room Studios in Sweden (known for a.o. Scar Symmetry, Warrior Soul, Miseration), this album is a sonic masterpiece. And topped by the fantastic artwork by Frank Fiedler, the entire package comes off as one of this year's most impressive power metal releases.

As our first new signing for 2011 we are very proud to be able to announce the Dutch progressive metal band CIRRHA NIVA. After a couple of interesting releases spread out over the 15 year career, the band released the amazing "For Moments Never Done" last year, which was criminally underrated by the music media, record labels and fans worldwide - we've decided it's about time to give the band the chance they so very much deserve. World premiere of video for the song "The Ruin" from STRUCTURE OF INHUMANITY's upcoming debut album.

US Melodic Death/Power Metal band STRUCTURE OF INHUMANITY, featuring in it's ranks members from Pyramaze, Arsis and Suspyre a.o., are debuting the Scott Hansen directed video for the song "The Ruin" taken from their upcoming debut album "Completion Integration". The band was formed in 2005 by Jonah W (keyboardist known for a.o. Pyramaze), as part of his vision for creating a unique sounding blend of melodic death, progressive rhythms, powerful heavy metal, and cinematic orchestration. Joined by Noah Martin (bass/growls - from Arsis), Clay Barton (clean vox - from Suspyre), guitarists Mike Iuzzolino and Brandon Ellis as well as drummer Gabriel Marshall (Suspyre), Jonah recorded the album together with James Murphy (Testament/Death/Obituary etc) and Peter Wichers (Soilwork/Warrel Dane). Murphy is also mixing and mastering the album.

In early 2010 the band shot two videos for the album, of which "The Ruin" is the first one to be shown in public. Commented SOI main man Jonah W. "We are thrilled with director Scott Hansen's interpretation of the song, he really knocked this one out of the park. In addition to the outstanding musical production skills of Peter Wichers and James Murphy, and of course James' slamming mix and master."

When seven Greek charlatans get together, the musical visions that spring from their minds can only be described as a true freakshow. From beginning to end, DAKRYA's sophomore disc, "Crime Scene", is a one-of-a-kind musical experience. Ranging from the psychotic and cinematic melodrama heard in bands like Diablo Swing Orchestra and Unexpect to the orchestrated gothic metal comparable to Therion and Theatre of Tragedy, DAKRYA paints their mark all over the canvas. Manticora has completed their first official video for the song "From The Pain Of Loss (I learned about the truth)", from the new album "SAFE". A song that shows a darker and thrashier path, than the band has normally taken, but still energetic as Hell!
The video will be World premiered on Wacken Tube on September 22nd 2010, and it'll be the 1st video on that page for a whole week. There are approximately 120.000 hits monthly on Wacken Tube.

Today we can proudly annonce that we have signed the fantastic new Norwegian band FRACTURE. This band blew us away with their mixture of old school heavy metal (think Priest/Maiden/KingDiamond) and current day power metal (think Nevermore/Brainstorm). Unfortunately we also have to announce that after only 5 months of cooperation, we have to say goodbye to the young UK thrashers in Sworn Amongst. However, we are not too sad about it, because the band was offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that would be stupid to turn down, and we're wishing them all the best for their future.

Release date for Dakrya will be in October and for Creation's End it will be November. As soon as we have the specific release dates we will announce them.



CLOVERSEEDS has signed with progressive rock label The Laser's Edge Records; a label known for such great releases as White Willow, Gordian Knot, Riverside, Indukti and more. Release date will be in November. As soon as we have the specific release date we will announce it here.

HALCYON WAY: hailing from Atlanta, GA, this US-power/prog metal band is the future of US metal - a brilliant mixture of the thrashy sounds of Megadeth or Testament, the powerful melodies of Evergrey or Iced Earth, and the progressiveness of Nevermore. LOST IN THOUGHT: this young UK-based band impressed us with their incredibly melodic progressive metal, comparable to bands such as Threshold, Seventh Wonder, Dream Theater, Redemption and Circus Maximus. At this point we also would like to announce that we've parted ways with Secret Sphere and Sentiment. Both bands are parting on good terms with us, and we wish them all the best of luck with their future career.

Eyefear and Intromental have decided in mutual agreement to stop the collaboration. Both parts believe the time has come for the band to seek new opportunities after the demise of their former record label, Dockyard 1. We wish the band all the best and thank them for 7 great years of working together.

We're very proud to announce that US melodic power metal band ARTIZAN has signed a Worldwide deal with German-based record label PURE STEEL RECORDS for the upcoming release of the as-of-yet untitled debut full length album.

ARTIZAN, hailing from Jacksonville, Florida, was formed by original members of the acclaimed Century Media recording artist Leviathan, and released it's self-titled debut EP in late 2009. With a strong resemblance to such great bands as Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Fates Warning and Crimson Glory, ARTIZAN is undoubtedly one of the best exponents of what classic heavy metal is all about.

ARTIZAN founder Ty Tammeus states: "Pure Steel Records is an ever evolving label that is making significant progress signing and distributing quality bands of our genre of metal. We are proud to have a relationship with Pure Steel which will provide fans around the world access to our new album in 2011. We're very happy to announce the signing of 2 great new bands;

US melodic power / death metal band STRUCTURE OF INHUMANITY is new to the Intromental roster, however, we've worked with main-man, keyboardist Jonah W earlier on in his other band Pyramaze. The band is right now hard at work on their debut album "Completion Integration", which we're hoping to find a label release for later in 2010. We've also signed a great young thrash metal act from UK called SWORN AMONGST - a band combining the sound of old school thrash with a modern day edge. We're thrilled to announce that we've signed one of the most wellknown young progressive metal bands of the last decade, Sweden's ANDROMEDA. Their latest (5th studio release) album, The Immunity Zone, is nothing short of an amazing tour-de-force of all things progressive, from classic prog rock to full force ahead prog metal, Andromeda is an unstoppable band showcasing their immense talent. Happy New Year everyone and welcome to 2010. We have a lot of exciting news on the table for this year, and we'd like to start out with two amazing new signings.

We're very excited to announce that we've signed on board one of the most promising heavy metal bands we've laid ears upon in recent years. Hailing from Florida, ARTIZAN is a brilliant band that sonically brings classic Iron Maiden, old Fates Warning, modern day Evergrey, a hint of Dream Theater and a lot of true heavy metal spirit to mind. Also joining us, we can proudly say welcome to Oaklahoma based VANGOUGH - a band uniting the best of progressive metal, symphonic rock and orchestral pieces to a unique blend that is undeniably their own. With good news also comes a little bit of bad news. After several years of working together with Fairyland and Pathosray, we've mutually decided to part ways. We wish both bands all the best of luck in the future, and hope that they'll be able to keep on delivering top quality products as we've all come to expect from them.

A lot of news coming up this time. We've parted ways with two bands: Tomorrow's Eve and Cain's Offering. We wish the guys in the bands all the best of the luck in the future.

However, we also have some great news to announce - the signing of two very exciting bands:

From France we can now welcome one of the most exciting prog rock bands we've heard in recent years; CLOVERSEEDS. Musically the band can be compared to Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree and Riverside. From USA we are welcoming the brilliant power metal act SEVEN KINGDOMS, fronted by female vocalist Sabrina and backed up by a real powerhouse of 4 heavy metal thundering guys. The musical comparisons would be Blind Guardian and Iced Earth, so as you can guess, we feel right at home with these dudes (and dudette). As per today, we are no longer representing the 2 bands Almah and Circle II Circle. In both cases, the bands and Intromental felt it was time to move on towards other fields of cooperation, so the split happens in mutual agreement. We wish both bands the best of luck in their future career.

We're extremely happy to welcome CAIN'S OFFERING to Intromental Management & Booking. This band consists of 5 of the most wellknown Finnish metal musicians; Jani Liimatainen (ex-Sonata Arctica, ex-Altaria), Timo Kotipelto (Stratovarius, Kotipelto), Mikko Harkin (Solution.45, Mehida, ex-Sonata Arctica, ex-Wingdom, ex-Kenziner), Jukka Koskinen (Norther, Wintersun) and Jani "Hurtsi" Hurula (Paul Di'Anno). We expect GREAT things from this fantastic melodic metal band.

After having worked together for the last 8 months trying to secure a record deal for the debut album of Danish/Dutch heavy metal project INFINITY OVERTURE without any luck, we've decided that in the best interest of the project and ourselves, to release them from their contract with Intromental Management. Unfortunately the music business is as hard pressed as the rest of the world market these days, and record labels can't afford to sign bands with such an expensive recording budget as what have been invested in the Infinity Overture debut album. We at Intromental Management think it's a big shame that no labels have shown interest in signing the project, but with the musicians' best interest at heart we've come to the conclusion that we will let Infinity Overture continue on their own and hopefully they will eventually get the record deal they so well deserve. We wish the members of Infinity Overture all the best of luck in the future.
